Ian is still growing like a weed! This weekend I went through all his clothes and took out everything that didn't fit anymore. This left his closet looking quite a bit more empty! Looks like we'll have to do some shopping once the weather gets a bit warmer. No sense in buying anymore winter clothes now. It was very bittersweet to put away all his little outfits. There are so many memories attached to them. I remember bringing him home from the hospital in one of his Packer sleepers. He was DROWNING in it. I looked at it as I packed it away and couldn't believe he ever fit into it! It's sooo tiny!!
It also looks like Ian is done with his bouncer seat. He's pretty bored just sitting in there and gets ansty after just a few minutes. The swing will probably be next to go.
We made a trip to Babies R Us today to buy Ian's new carseat, a gate for the top of the stairs and an umbrella stroller for short trips to the store. Man, babies are EXPENSIVE!!!

Ian has pretty much mastered the art of sitting up by himself. He also laughed out loud for the first time last week! I was laying in bed and he was sitting on me and I was blowing raspberries on his hands and he started laughing! It was the sweetest sound!
We've officially made the switch to cloth diapers and cloth wipes. We're trying to do our part and put less junk in the landfills and also save ourselves some money in the long run! It was a pretty big investment but so far, so good. We decided to get the Bum Genius 3.0 pocket diapers. They sure aren't your grandmother's cloth diapers with pins and plastic covers. They're quite high tech! Ian is wearing them in the pictures of him sitting up above. They come in fun colors, too!
The pictures above are just some current pics I've taken. Can't get emough of this little guy!
